PS2 Netemu Selector is a tool for changing the ps2_netemu file versions on CFW (Custom Firmware) for 4.81 and 4.82 (CEX, DEX, DECR—DECR untested). This application is based on a modified version of XMB Manager Plus (XMBM+) Installer.

Available Versions of PS2 Netemu:

  • Default: Standard Cobra featured emulator.
  • Temperatures Mod: Custom emulator with built-in Cell/RSX temperature monitor.
  • Memory Dumper Mod: Custom emulator that allows LV1 memory dump of PS2 games.
  • HDD Browser Mod: Custom emulator that allows selecting ISO.BIN.ENC from hdd0/game.

Important Notice:

This tool is designed for users with CFW on PS3, specifically for versions 4.81 and 4.82. HEN is not supported for this tool.

Installing Instruction

            For CFW (Custom Firmware):

            • Ensure your device is running a compatible version of CFW (4.81 or 4.82).
            • Download the PKG (Package File) .pkg file.
            • Copy the .pkg file to the root of your USB drive.
            • Insert the USB drive into your PS3 and navigate to the Package Manager.
            • Select the .pkg file and proceed with the installation.
            • Once installed, you can access the PS2 Netemu Selector from the XMB and choose between the different versions of the PS2 emulator.
